We don't accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, or is wrong or missing, WhatsApp us on 97306 24700 within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and an unedited unboxing video that starts from the sealed parcel. We replace only the affected items, not the whole bag or box. By default you get store credit for them, valid for 6 months. You can choose a replacement item instead, or a refund to your original payment method if you prefer. Approved refunds reach you within 5–7 working days.

Yes, any time before we dispatch it. WhatsApp us on 97306 24700 with your order ID. Once your order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount, including delivery, to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of the cancellation.
